# 2D NFT

2D NFTs play a foundational role in the Samurai Warlords ecosystem, acting as essential assets for staking, resource generation, and gameplay integration.

2D NFTs provide players with both functional utility and collectible value.

## Types of NFT

### Characters

**Elite Genesis:** The cornerstone of the 2D NFT ecosystem. Limited to 1,000 unique assets, these NFTs yield the highest rewards and benefits, such as increased resource generation and exclusive staking bonuses.

**Samurai Characters:** Represent the original warriors of the realm, generating $VALOR daily and gathering resources at different rates depending on the NFT type. They can be enhanced with crafted weapons to further boost their utility.

### Weapons:

Players can unlock and equip 2D weapon NFTs to enhance their Samurai characters’ resource generation and staking efficiency along with $VALOR generation.

Weapons follow a tier and rarity system, offering different levels of bonuses and synergies between different weapons when equipped together.

### Cards

These collectible cards are divided into decks, each offering unique resource farming capabilities. Cards can be staked to earn rewards and will play a role in future card-based gameplay.

## Utilities of 2D NFT's

**Staking:** Players can stake 2D NFTs to generate $VALOR and resources. Higher-tier NFTs yield better rewards.

**Resource Gathering:** Equipped with weapons or enhanced through upgrades, 2D characters gather resources more efficiently.

**Gameplay Integration:** Characters, weapons, and cards contribute to core gameplay mechanics, such as helping with crafting, issuing armies, and strategic planning to claim lands and rare NFT's.

**Collector’s Value:** Limited editions and artistic excellence make 2D NFTs highly desirable for collectors.
